Quagga-Zebra Mussel Action Plan

The Western Regional Panel of the Aquatic Nuisance Species Task Force developed the Quagga-Zebra Mussel Action Plan for Western U.

S.

Waters (QZAP).

QZAP's goal is to summarize strategies to address the invasion of these mussels into the West and prioritize needed actions

to prevent further spread, respond to new infestations and manage existing infestations.

This request for proposals provides approximately $600,000 to support implementation of three highest priority actions in QZAP.
