This announcement represents an opportunity to enter into a Cooperative Agreement with an organization for express purpose of research work and habitat enhancement necessary to protect and sustain the rare habitats (wetland and upland) that exists on Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) in Washington State.

Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking organizations that are qualified, knowledgeable, capable, and have experience providing natural resource survey and habitat enhancement support to assist the Government in its’ protection and sustainment of rare habitat(s) efforts.

Interested parties should possess the materials and qualified personnel necessary to provide, at a minimum, ecological restoration program support, species and habitat survey and monitoring support, and habitat enhancement and invasive species control support.Statutory Authority:
