Air Space Management, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Natural, Cultural, and Overseas Environmental Program Technical Assistance for The Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for installation, Environmental and Energy (SAF/IE), Headquarters of the Air Force Civil Engineer (HAF/A4), and the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC/CZ).DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Cooperator will be providing technical natural resource support to assist AFCEC, SAF, and Headquarters AF with managing natural, cultural resource programs.Type of Award:In accordance with the Sikes Act (Sec.

103A [16 USC 670c-1]) “the Secretary of a military department may enter into cooperative agreements with States, local governments, Indian Tribes, non-governmental organizations, and individuals”.

It isanticipated that a cooperative agreement through the CESU program will be awarded.

Such awards may be administered through a CESU only upon mutual agreement and official authorization by both parties of the acceptance of the application of the CESUNetwork IDC rate (1 7. 5%).PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:Base period:
