There are 5 watershed assessments to be completed across the state.
These assessments will be based on HUC12 delineations (identified at time of selection) from the following HUC10 watersheds in SC:
Upper Four Hole Swamp -0305020501 - (Orangeburg/Calhoun) Lower Four Hole Swamp - 0305020503 - (Orangeburg/Dorchester) Three and Twenty Creek -0306010107 - (Anderson/Pickens) Three Creeks-Great Pee Dee - 0304020108 - (Marlboro/Darlington) Upper South Fork Edisto River -0305020401- (Aiken/Edgefield) Proposals are requested from non-Federal entities for competitive consideration of grant or agreement awards for projects 18 months in duration.
This notice identifies the objectives, eligibility criteria, and application instructions for projects.
Proposals will be screened for completeness and compliance with the provisions of this notice.
Incomplete and/or noncompliant proposals will be eliminated from competition, and notification of elimination will be sent to the applicant.
Key Dates Proposals must be received by 11:59 p.m.
Eastern Standard Time on August 2, 202 0.
Applicants will be notified of their award status within approximately 45 days from the deadline date.
Applicants who have been selected for funding will receive a letter of official notification.
Applicants shall assume that awards will be made by or about September 15, 2020 and should prepare their application accordingly.
Applicants should plan their projects based on a project start date of September 15, 202 0.
Applicants must submit their applications via Grants.gov by 11:59 pm Eastern Time.
