Eligibility Requirements Applicants for the FBMB must meet all the requirements discussed in this RFA.

Failure to meet the eligibility criteria by the application deadline may result in exclusion from consideration or, preclude NIFA from making an award.

3157(b)(7), eligible applicant means: 1.

State agricultural experiment station; 2.

College and universities; 3.

University research foundation; 4.

Other research institutions and organizations; 5.

Federal agencies; 6.

National laboratories; 7.

Private organizations or corporations; 8.

Individuals; or 9.

Any group consisting of two (2) or more of the entities described in subparagraphs (A) through (H).
