INL Bogota’s Rural Engagement, Development, and Security (REDS) program seeks to expand the reach and availability of civil society social inclusion programs for survivors of landmines and IEDs and other vulnerable populations, and to promote civil society engagement with historically disadvantaged and vulnerable communities.

To further progress in these areas, INL Bogota has allocated $200,000 U.

Dollars to identify and support programs that will advance these REDS goals.
