The United States Department of State is pleased to announce an open competition for assistance awards through this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO).

The Department of State invites all not-for-profit, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), public international organizations (PIOs), and

other qualified organizations able to respond to this NOFO to submit proposals on combating gender-based violence in public spaces in the cities of Santo Domingo and Portoviejo, Ecuador.

The Department will have approximately $148,800 available to award one grant agreement.

All funding is subject to Congressional approval and the availability of funds.
