Agency for International Development's Mission to Ethiopia (USAID/Ethiopia) is in the process of designing the next phase of HIV activities to support Ethiopia achieve and sustain HIV epidemic control.

This means all ages, genders and at-risk populations in communities

credit:


know their status, receive lifesaving HIV prevention and treatment services, and are virally suppressed if they are HIV-positive.

USAID seeks to identify prospective organizations and to receive feedback during the design process.

Not-for profit organizations and for-profit organizations are encouraged to reply.

This request for information (RFI) is issued solely for planning purposes and is published in accordance with FAR Part 10 and FAR 1 5. 201(e).The full RFI has been included as an attachment to this notice.

Proposers must be affiliated with an institution at nspires.nasaprs.com/ and, in general, NASA provides funding only to US institutions.

Organizations outside the U. S. that propose on the basis of a policy of no-exchange-of-funds; consult Appendix B Section (l) of the guidebook for proposers (http://www.hq.nasa.gov/office/procurement/nraguidebook/)for specific details.

Some NRAs may be issued jointly with a non-U. S. organization, e.g., those concerning guest observing programs for jointly sponsored space science programs, that will contain additional special guidelines for non-U. S. participants.
