Embassy invites Moldovan nongovernmental organizations to submit project proposals to the Program for Receiving Digital TV Broadcasts for acquisition and distribution of digital TV receivers to targeted households to ensure digital broadcast TV in Moldova reaches the widest possible
audience.

Embassy seeks qualified organizations that can prove their competency in organizing the hereby described project in the most efficient way.
Proposals need to include detailed and realistic implementation plan on reaching the objectives and proposed priorities, specific activities and partner organizations.
This funding opportunity is authorized by the Foreign Assistance Act of 196 1.
A complete application must contain the following mandatory elements:
· Application Format in MS Word format (available for download)· Detailed Budget in MS Excel format (available for download)· Monitoring and Evaluation Plan (Free form)For more details see attached Related Documents.

American or other donor country organizations and individuals are not eligible for grants under this program.
Organizations without Moldovan registration can apply only as partners through an eligible organization.
