As part of the Collaborative Research on Addiction at NIH (CRAN) initiative, NIDA, NIAAA, and NCI join to issue this FOA.
The purpose of this FOA is to support the development and testing of interventions, models, and/or frameworks that examine system-level implementation of evidence-based

S. Territory or Possession; Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Institutions) are not eligible to apply.
