This is a Request For Information (RFI) only as defined in FAR 1 5. 201(e) to obtain information about capabilities and market information related to the attached draft statement of work for a proposed new activity in Jacobabad, North Sindh province in Pakistan.

All are advised that subsequent award could be a contract or cooperative agreement, and that this RFI neither obligates USAID to award a contract/cooperative agreement nor commits USAID to pay for any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of interests in response to this RFI.
