This Notice of Intent (NOI) is not a request for funding applications.

Subject to the availability of funds, the U.

S.

Department of Labor (USDOL), Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB), intends to award, through a competitive and merit-based process, one or more cooperative

credit:


agreements to organizations to implement a project(s) in Ethiopia that aims to address exploitative child labor among youth ages 14 to 17 by offering them education, training, and support to pursue leadership and decent work opportunities and assistance to secure improved livelihoods and social protection for their households.

USDOLÂ’s Office of Procurement Services anticipates publishing the Solicitation for Cooperative Agreement Applications (SCA) on or about June 13, 2014 (this date is subject to change).

This NOI does not include a SCA or any attachments.

Lack of past experience with USDOL cooperative agreements, grants, or contracts does not bar eligibility.
