L.

110-244, June 6, 2008) and originally appropriated under the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2008 (Pub.

L.

110-161, December 26, 2007) and Omnibus Appropriations Act, 2009 (Pub.

L.

111-8, March 11, 2009).

FRA is also making avail able at least $16,500,000 in additional unobligated funds previously appropriated to FRA under its High-Speed Intercity Passenger Rail (HSIPR) Program.
