FY2019 Supplemental for National Network Grant to the National Railroad Passenger Corporation

Pursuant to the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2019 (Public Law 116-6) the Federal Railroad Administration is to make available to Amtrak $797,986,009 to cover Operating, Capital, Debt Service and American Disabilities Act (ADA) expenses of which $25,020,128 will be used for ADA expenses until September

In order to receive these funds, Amtrak must complete the grant application and submit the following items electronically:
Application for Federal Assistance SF-424; SF 424B Assurances Non-Construction Programs; SF 424D Assurances Construction Programs; Statement of Work and signed copies of the U.
