FY14 Operating Grant (DTFRDV-14-G-00001)

Pursuant to the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2014 (Public Law No.

113-46, October 17, 2013), the Federal Railroad Administration is to make available to Amtrak $129,484,568 to cover Operating expenses until January 15, 2014 or the date of enactment of the applicable full year appropriations

act for FY1 4.

In order to receive these funds, Amtrak must complete the grant application and submit the following items electronically:
Application for Federal Assistance SF-424; SF-424B Assurances for Non-Construction Projects; and signed copies of the U.

S.

Department of Transportation Federal Railroad Administration Assurances and Certification forms (http://www.fra.dot.gov/downloads/admin/assurancesandcertifications.pdf); Schedule V-b Summary of FRA Defined Train Contribution; and Schedule V-a Summary Performance Report through January 15, 201 4.
