Defense Production Act (DPA) Title III Scale-Up of Green Energetics Project

The objective of this DPA Title III Project is to establish a domestic merchant supplier for an environmentally-friendly (green) drop-in replacement for toxic energetic materials used in ordnance and propulsion systems.

The green energetic material is copper (I) 5-nitrotetrazolate, also known

as DBX- 1.
