The Office of International Visitors, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA/PE/V), United States Department of State (DOS), announces an open competition for up to eight assistance awards to administer the FY 2018 International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP).

the IVLP is a professional exchange program that seeks to build mutual understanding between the U.

and other nations through carefully designed short-term visits to the U.

for current and emerging leaders.

These visits support U.

foreign policy goals and reflect the participant's professional interests.
