Embassy in South Africa announces an open competition for eligible organizations to submit proposals to develop and implement the English Access Microscholarship Program in South Africa.

The Regional English Language Office (RELO) seeks to provide South African youth

credit:


with educational opportunities through English-language instruction.

The Access Program also develops an appreciation for American culture and democratic values as well as critical thinking and career skills.

Subject to the availability of funds, the Embassy expects to award a grant up to $160,000 to carry out the English Access Microscholarship Program in South Africa over a twenty-four month time frame.
