This solicitation is being announced as an open competition for all states, units of local government, Indian tribes, and public agencies to receive funding to improve security at schools and on school grounds.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to submit an application that demonstrates a

Funding is limited and this solicitation is expected to be very competitive.
