Annual Program Statement - Countering Violent Extremism Piloting

The USAID/West Africa Regional Peace and Governance Office (RPGO) seeks to award two (2) cooperative agreements to counter violent extremism CVE in West Africa under an Annual Program Statement (APS).

It is highly desirable that activities funded under this APS will be innovative and will

comprise new and inventive ideas to address and counter violent extremism.

This, however, is not an absolute requirement.

The APS solicitation will have a maximum of two (2) selection rounds over the course of one (1) year.

USAID/West Africa intends to award a maximum of $1 million under this APS.

The maximum award amount is not expected to exceed $500,000 and to last no longer than 12 months.
