Additional Information of Eligibility: A “local partner” may be an individual or sole proprietorship or a legal entity of any type except for governmental organizations.To be considered an eligible local partner for the purposes of this NFO, the applicant must:1.
Be organized under the laws of South Africa;2.
Has its principal place of business in South Africa;3.
Is majority owned by individuals who are citizens or lawful permanent residents of South Africa or be managed by a governing body, the majority of whom are citizens or lawful permanent residents of South Africa; and4.
Must not be controlled by a foreign entity or an individual or individuals who are not citizens or permanent residents of South Africa.
The position young people are dealt with can be complex, and yet the entire economic system is still focused for an age that’s almost gone astray. The solution? Promoting social enterprise and getting these young people integrated into work.
