Single Source Justification Criteria Cited Unique Qualifications – The Student Conservation Corp is uniquely qualified to perform the activities based upon a variety of demonstrable factors such as location, voluntary support capacity, cost-sharing ability, highly reliable, strong work ethics and have a positive work history with the Mount Rainier National Park.

The Student Conservation Corp(SCA)is a private, non-profit organization maintained within the State of New Hampshire, to promote development of environment and conservation awareness through assignment of individuals of a short term basis with agencies, organizations and corporations.
