The overall goal of Community Action Initiative Project (CAIP) is to increase confidence among non-majority communities and create an environment conducive to full participation in Kosovo.

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), through Regional Service Center, Regional Contracting Office in Budapest is seeking applications from qualified Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) for a cooperative agreement to fund a project entitled “Community Action Initiative”.
The authority for the RFA is found in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended.
